1. Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account.
2. Photos you upload. The one or two photos you provide so we can make your video, including the faces of the people or pets shown in them.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and related details, such as the options you chose, the task status and the time it was created.
4. Usage data. Pages visited, features used, credits spent, and technical data such as browser type, device information and security signals derived from your IP address.
5. Payment status. The pack you bought, your order and its payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your uploaded photos only to make the video you asked for. We don’t publish or sell your photos, your videos or your personal data.

Service Providers

To run Neon Dance AI we rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments, sign-in and analytics. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job for us. AI video processing means your photos are sent to an AI model provider to make your video.

Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored so you can view and download your videos. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet legal requirements, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or asking for a copy of your data.

Children

Neon Dance AI is not for children under 13. Everyone shown in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older.

Cookies and Analytics
