Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Neon Dance AI at https://neondance-ai.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Neon Dance AI lets you upload one or two photos and get a short AI dance video inspired by the NEON intro trend, with the original song “NEON” as its soundtrack. Neon Dance AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by A2O LITE, A2O Entertainment or the rights holders of “NEON”. Their names are used only to describe the trend and the song.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neon Dance AI. You sign in with a Google account, and you are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos that you own or have permission to use.
• If a photo shows anyone other than you, you must have their consent to put them in a video.
• Everyone shown in your photos must be 18 or older.
• No photos of celebrities or public figures, including the members of A2O LITE.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Neon Dance AI to:

• impersonate anyone, or pass off a video as real footage of a person or as official content;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• commit fraud, mislead people or spread disinformation;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Song in Your Video

Every video carries an excerpt of the song “NEON”. All rights in the song stay with their owners. Your video is for personal, non-commercial sharing only, for example posting it on your own social media accounts.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. When you post a video, label it as AI-generated.

AI Output

AI results vary. We don’t guarantee an exact likeness, the exact choreography or a particular background, or that a video will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Review your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

• Videos are paid for with credits. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
• Credits never expire.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.

Termination

You can stop using Neon Dance AI at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Neon Dance AI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
